Welcome to Clarington Liquidation. By using our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

Clarington Liquidation is a liquidation retailer based in Courtice, Ontario. We offer discounted merchandise from a variety of sources, including liquidation pallets, auction returns, shelf pulls, and overstock items. All items are sold as-is.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that:

    •    You understand these items may be customer returns, open-box, or surplus stock.

    •    You are responsible for reading all product descriptions before making a purchase.

    •    You accept our return and refund policy as outlined below.

2. Final Sale Policy

All items are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or significantly not as described.

If there is an issue with your item, you have 7 calendar days from the date of pickup or delivery to:

    •    Provide proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue

    •    Return the item for a refund or exchange

After 7 days, no claims will be accepted.

3. Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe items accurately. However:

    •    Some items may not include original packaging, accessories, or manuals.

    •    Photos are for reference only and may not reflect the exact condition.

    •    It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product suitability before purchase.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or out-of-stock inventory.

5. Pick-Up & Local Delivery

We offer:

    •    Local pickup in Courtice, Ontario

    •    Local delivery for a small additional fee

It is your responsibility to inspect your items at the time of pickup or delivery. Any concerns should be raised immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clarington Liquidation is not liable for:

    •    Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    •    Product misuse or injury resulting from the use of items sold

    •    Delays or disruptions due to events outside our control

All purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service, products, or policies at any time without prior notice.
